RPG INFORMATION
So, you've decided to enlist in the Colonial Marine Corps. Good! Here's what you'll need to know in order to stand a chance at survival.
In the ALIENS Colonial Marine Corps RPG, players create characters that act as a part of Alpha Company in the Colonial Marine Corps, responding to missions sent to them by command. Missions vary from rescue operations to search-and-destroy, and do not always involve xenomorph activity.
RPG FORMAT
The RPG is set up in a free-form manner. When the marines are not actively on a mission, players may do as they like - hang out in the mess hall, work out in the exercise facility, whatever.
But during missions, things are a bit different. First, it's important to remember the chain of command. By becoming a marine, you're surrendering your right to a choice. From this point forward, you obey the instructions of your superior officers.
Second, please be aware that in this RPG, your character stands a good chance of dying if he/she isn't careful. That's not because I don't like you, but because that's life in the Corps. While there's no telling who's going to die before a mission. If your character does die, you're welcome to submit a new bio for another character and begin life as a marine once more.
